Every 225 baht donated will provide hospital transportation for a child with disability
Your donation will help provide for fuel cost for the children at Camillian Home:
• Transportation for day care children. The van transports day care children from the Camillian home an average of 120 kilometers return. Currently, the van makes 2 round-trips (going to and from the hospital) per day. As such, the fuel expense is usually around 10,000 Bath per month.
• Transportation for long-term hospitalised children. Resident Children are taken to a variety of hospitals including Lat Krabang Hospital, Sirinthorn Hospital, Children Hospital, and Sirindhorn National Medical Rehabilitation Institute (the only one in Thailand that specialises in rehabilitation for disabled people). The van makes about 12-15 trips per month, which equates to a fuel expense of 8,000 Baht per month.
Each month, The Camillian Home requires fuel cost of 18,000 Baht per month to transport children for their required care. With 80 children living at Camillian Home, your support of 225 baht can provide necessary hospital transportation for a child living with disability.
