Rise and shine with a much deserved morning yoga! With a wonderful view of the Chao Phraya river, you will get a chance to explore and examine your spine health, which is integral for healthy living! The session will be led by a seasoned yoga teacher, Les Smith, who will guide you through a relaxing and safe 90-minute class of yoga, suitable for all levels!

And the cherry on top? 100% profits go to help a local charity in Thailand. The proceeds will go to Khlong Toey Music Program, providing opportunities for underprivileged children through music education
