The transportation cost can effectively support about 80 children per month.

Transportation for long-term hospitalised children. Resident Children are taken to a variety of hospitals including Lat Krabang Hospital, Sirinthorn Hospital, Children Hospital, and Sirindhorn National Medical Rehabilitation Institute (the only one in Thailand that specialises in rehabilitation for disabled people). The van makes about 12-15 trips per month, which equates to a fuel expense of 8,000 Baht per month.
