It’s time for Yoga! This one-of-a-kind yoga workshop will be held at “Ruen Pae,” nestled among the lush nature and river of Sampran, Nakorn Pathom. You will get a chance to fully relax and detox from a week's chaos with the support of seasoned yoga teacher, Kru Mark Scodellaro, head yoga teacher at Lullaby Studio in Bangkok.

In addition to the yoga workshop, you'll also get a chance to attend the Thai Village art & craft workshop at the Thai village at Sampran - where you can learn many new skills. For example: umbrella painting, traditional pottery, garland making, Thai dancing and Thai boxing. Other than that, you can also explore and shop at the "Sookjai Farmer's market" where local, organic produce are sold here.

Last but not least, 100% profits from yoga workshop tickets sold will be donated to Food4Good to bring about better nutrition for disadvantaged children in Thailand.

• We do provide yoga mats at the event. However, please feel free bring your own mat!

• There's a bathroom facility if you want to shower after the workshop. We only ask that you bring your own towels and toiletries.

• Workshop will be conducted in English. However, we also provide live translation into Thai for Thai speakers
